Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose to believe in the innocence of ever heart, which encourages me to be patient, kind and helpful, as I understand that everyone on the planet is capable of being loved. So today I go about generating love for every heart to draw from. I practice acting in ways that bring comfort to myself and the people in my life. I practice going the extra mile as the sun does every morning heating up the part of the galaxy I live in. I generate peace just as I generate carbon dioxide easily, naturally and freely. I am a turbine of trust, as I trust every person to be human, perfectly imperfect, capable of the most heroic acts imaginable. I create a typhoon of tranquility that trickles into every heart. Today I am grateful for the little everyday miracles like my five senses, as I get to taste, savour and relish the food I eat, I get to see sunrises, the eyes of my loved ones and your smiling faces on my facebook page, I get to hear the rain falling as I type these words, Robert Cerins making sleeping noises and the hum of my computer hard drive, I get to touch and be touched, as to feel comforted by the touch of another soothes my soul and I get to smell baking cookies (which I shall do when I get home today, bake peanut butter cookies), the hot coffee on my desk and Amber Paste made by Kuumba Made that smells like yummy warm vanilla mixed with love.
