Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have a chance to express the joy that is in my heart and spirit today through my actions and emotions. I realize that my mission is to exude positive emotions in as many situations as possible. The more love, compassion and care I emit the more love, compassion and care there is in the world for all hearts to absorb. I trust that when I am kind or caring, my body creates chemicals that enhance my well being. When my well being is increased there is more of me to share. Today I am grateful for having a dream come true of mine, I am now the proud owner of a Yamaha Electric Grand Piano, which I am learning to play first through lessons from a website called Udemy.com, the lesson is named PianoForAll by Robin Hall, for getting to go to Nautical Days Festival this weekend, stand in our booth for hours, enjoy the people who come to the booth to see if the jewelry we create is for them and for trusting that everything is coming to me in the perfect time, the perfect way and for my highest good.
