Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have an opportunity today to look for the good in every person, situation and action my being witnesses. The more good I look for, the more good I will find, because what I and everyone focuses on expands. I spend time creating a perspective in my heart that encourages me to be patient in all situations. I frame the events of my day, with stories I make up, that promote my chances of being successful in all of my activities. I have realized that it is up to me to bolster my confidence, believe in me and comfort my heart so that I am able to live a proactive life. The more I trust myself the happier I am. Today I am grateful for renewing my commitment to writing my affirmations five days a week again, with the bonus that I am now reading the affirmation and gratitude that I write and videoing myself so that I am putting up a youtube video five days a week, to increase my chances of cheering up the planet, for investing my time, in activities that create in me a feeling of excitement and possibility about my future and for believing that it is possible for me to create joy in the world by focusing my energy, time and talent on sharing all the ways I have learned to cheer myself up, because after my dad died when I was fifteen years old, I needed lots of cheering up.
