Affirmation, Gratitude & Being Enough

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have decided that I am worthy. I am enough. I am a valuable member of my community. I am good with money. I use my resources with forethought. It is in my best interest to believe in me, so that I am able to have faith that there are people in the world who really could be cheered up by me. Through trial and error on my journey to loving me, my experiments proved that I need to surround myself with compassionate people or else it was harder for me to be compassionate with myself and others if my needs were not being met. When my self worth is high my entire being is in a state of comfortable flow which reminds me of a warm swim pool bathing me in security. Thank you for your presence here with me today. Thank you for believing in your intrinsic value. I Love You. :~)

the background is light purple at the top and dark purple at the bottom there is beautiful flower in the middle of the image that is shades of blue with purple lines and the words I am powerful, I am beautiful, I am strong.
I am as brave as I feel, as courageous as my choices and as kind as I can be. :~)

Today I am grateful for getting to go to the dentist today to get tooth jewelry (which some people call fillings, but I am getting gold fillings so I am calling them tooth jewelry) as I feel that a great way to use gold as filling and they are recyclable too, Robert Cerins parents gave me one of their old gold teeth so I even have a bit of gold to start with, for the dentist doing the work Dr. Dustin George wanting to do my dental work in exchange for my husband Robert Cerins art, gratitude dance, and for the fact that Dr. Dustin George is a dentist that loves to go the extra mile and put gold in his patients mouths as gold is the most durable and long lasting filling material available to this day. Thank you for stopping by my post today. Thank you for finding something to be grateful about. I Love You. :~)

Here is a link about the benefit of gold fillings they last up to 50 years!
