Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) go forth today to witness life as it happens in the moment with an open mind and heart. I realize that I can not see the big picture of life and that as long as I do my part to be a vibrational match to the Universal source of love I am on my path to enlightenment. I am only responsible for the vibration I am emitting to the Universal field of love, so today I focus on kindness, delight, wonder and elation as I go through my daily routine. I look for the beauty in the ordinary events of the day, in the eyes of the people who cross my path and in nature. I am inspired by the innocence of children, animals and in all who seek innocence as a way of viewing our world. My world is created by me, so I cultivate beauty, in my thoughts, imagination and perception.
Today I am grateful for the 10 new people who joined Happiness Is Healthy page yesterday thanks to Julie Keller Collison who wrote a beautiful testimonial for the web page I am building for my happiness spreading project and then posted her testimonial on her facebook page (gratitude dance), for finally getting on with getting a web site created for my domain name HappinessIsHealthy.com that I have had for a year now and for all the other testimonials that are coming in from my happiness pilot project participants as I feel appreciated and after reading the words written in their testimonials.
