Affirmation, Gratitude and The Reticular Activating System

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have an opportunity to positively effect myself, my community and my world with my thoughts, feelings, actions and perceptions. I invest time today noticing how I feel as my feelings are intertwined with my thoughts. When I feel angry, I notice that my thoughts are about what my life lacks, what needs to be different, how if other people did what I thought was right all would be well in the world. Then when I feel happy I notice that my thoughts are focused on gratitude, what I give to others, what others are doing for or with me and generally on proactive subjects where I feel I can contribute. So since I choose to be happy today, I think of how I can contribute to the world, what I am able to share of myself for the betterment of all and what vibe I am emoting every moment of the day. Today I emote kindness and I feel safe.

Today I am grateful for realizing that my thoughts create my reality, for investing the time necessary to observe my thoughts, listen to my thoughts and choose what thoughts get my time and attention so that I spend my time thinking thoughts that give me hope, thoughts that inspire me to act in my best interest, thoughts that bring peace to my spirit and yours as we are connected, so my well being and your well being are all the same, as we are one consciousness shared and for trusting that the more I think about joy, gratitude, abundance, peace and kindness, trains my reticular activating system to notice joy, gratitude, abundance, peace and kindness the more of those qualities I have in my life daily. ♥ :~) Thank you for joining my in loving you today.
