Affirmation, Gratitude and Health

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) care for my body today by thinking thoughts that bring me comfort. My meals are made of whole foods grown as close to where I live as possible and of the highest quality that is possible for me to find. Moving every day is important too so I make sure to take a walk or clean my home or dance or stretch anything that create in my being movement. To care for my emotional self it is important to have a support network that reminds me of my value. When I nourish my body, mind, spirit and emotions the feelings inside my being are sparkly and encouraging. Thank you for encouraging yourself today. Thank you for exploring ways to be healthy today. I Love You.  :~)

an image of three purples, dark purple in the background on the top of the image, a pinkish purple on the bottom of the image with two feet, just the toes showing, with a lavender heart that says "Moving your body helps you to honour the process of change and transformation. :~)
Moving makes me feel alive! :~)

Today I am grateful for a long night of sleep after two short nights of sleep so I am feeling abundant energy today, for being able to focus my emotional energy where I want it to go instead of allowing the circumstance of the moment effect my emotions, I choose my words and actions carefully so that the people in my life, feel my forethought, creating an atmosphere of comfort and for creating an emotion of abundance in my chest that reaches the furthest star in the heavens so that the vibration I am emanating is resonating with source energy. Thank you for connecting with source energy today. Thank you for listening to your heart. I Love You.   :~)

an image with a light blue background fading to white at the bottom there is an image of a lady (me) sitting next to a reflexology table the words on the image say "Good sleep is possibly the best natural medicine in existence." Give yourself the gift of a restful night sleep.
I love to sleep 8 hours a night. How much sleep do you get a night. :~)
