Affirmation, Gratitude and Healing Remedies

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) love that I have the ability to shovel snow, that my body is strong, responds to natural healing remedies and is a fun place for my spirit to reside. My spiritual journey has brought me the wherewithal to enjoy the light as well as the dark. The understanding that the sooner I embrace the fear for exactly what it is my lack of comfort with the unknown. The more timely is my capacity to regain my emotional composure in all situations. I transform fear into love by accepting all emotions are as necessary for my spiritual growth as water to my physical growth. I choose to focus on the good and then I feel good, so it seems like a win/win to me. Thank you for sharing your inner strength with your loved ones. Thank you for focusing on the good in you. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for all the herbalists that have recorded the healing properties of the herbs, plants and flowers of our amazing planet. Because last week I started getting a toothache and by the weekend it was hurting pretty good, letting me know it needed my love and attention. So I started a healing regime that consists of eating raw fresh garlic, fresh ginger root, African Bird Cayenne and some goldenseal that we had. I ate that entire regime 5 times on Saturday and Sunday, then four times on Monday and three times yesterday and this morning my tooth pain is gone. I can even bite down and open my mouth comfortably. Gratitude Dance! I feel empowered, also I took all the carbs out of my diet because sugar feeds infection, so I am now four days free of any sugar. I am also grateful for believing in my power to heal my body through the advice of Hippocrates of “Letting food be my medicine” as I witnessed in my childhood my mother change her diet and she felt way better, and I am grateful getting to shovel snow yesterday for the first time that I can remember in a long time, then last night as I was coming home I somehow managed to get the car stuck in the snow at the end of the driveway so this morning I get to go and dig it out again. Job Security! LOL Thank you for encouraging my journey into the language arts. Thank you for loving and listening to your body. I Love You.  :~)
