Affirmation, Gratitude and Community

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) love to be involved in the community in which I live and grow. The healthier the community is that I live in, the better chance I have at being healthy. When I give of myself I feel connected to source energy, alive and light. I nurture myself first with exercise, meditation, whole organic food, nature, healthy relationships, patience, sleep, delight, wonder and curiosity, so that my heart overflows loving energy for all to feel. It is my responsibility to choose to conduct myself (to the best of my ability) and to listen to the higher emotional planes of forgiveness, compassion, kindness and service. I believe that I am exactly where I am supposed to be on my spiritual path so that leads me to trust that all of humanity is also exactly where it is supposed to be. I live in a loving Universe because I choose to be as loving as I can every moment of the day, to put myself in the shoes of the other and dance a marathon in them, to witness the pain of the world, transmuting it back to love as an alchemist turns lead into gold. I boldly visualize a peaceful world where we feed each other compassionately, acceptingly and openly.

Today a I grateful for a lovely gathering last night at Linda O’Connor‘s lovely home, there was singing, dancing, eating, conversing, connecting and sharing of love, (I even got a couple of compliments on my singing thanks for the lessons Cari Burdett), for getting to start the paperwork in August to become a Canadian citizen, a journey that started more than nine years ago when I told Robert Cerins that I would move to Canada with him and for realizing that when I sell my harmonium (there is a down payment coming in the mail), I am going to use some of the money to buy a microphone as singing is what I love to do, so I am going forth with another one of my dreams. Thank you for using some of your energy with me today. Thank you for sharing your journey with me. I Love You.  :~)

Connecting to friends through music feeds my spirit. :~)
