Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) love to be involved in the community in which I live and grow. The healthier the community is that I live in, the better chance I have at being healthy. When I give of myself I feel connected to source energy, alive and light. I nurture myself first with exercise, meditation, whole organic food, nature, healthy relationships, patience, sleep, delight, wonder and curiosity, so that my heart overflows loving energy for all to feel. It is my responsibility to choose to conduct myself (to the best of my ability) and to listen to the higher emotional planes of forgiveness, compassion, kindness and service. I believe that I am exactly where I am supposed to be on my spiritual path so that leads me to trust that all of humanity is also exactly where it is supposed to be. I live in a loving Universe because I choose to be as loving as I can every moment of the day, to put myself in the shoes of the other and dance a marathon in them, to witness the pain of the world, transmuting it back to love as an alchemist turns lead into gold. I boldly visualize a peaceful world where we feed each other compassionately, acceptingly and openly.
