Affirmation, Gratitude and Being Peace

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose to influence the world with my loving heart. Through the reading of many fine books written by the enlightened beings of our planet one of my discoveries is that it is my duty to stay focused on being kind, compassionate and aware of what is going on in the world where I live. I choose to exude a vibration of gladness and hope for all hearts to draw from. I visualize my love going around the world and touching all hearts with a moment or two of calming compassion. I believe in the words “if it is to be it is up to me” so I go about daily increasing my capacity to be understanding and kind. Then I visualize my waves of kindness, creating an effect of loving kindness powerful enough to reach every cell of every body. Thank you for emitting the feeling of love today. Thank you for believing in your goodness and worth, I believe in YOU. I Love YOU.  :~)

Today I am grateful for Shemama Shelagh Bell-Irving standing with other members of our community to protect the water in Shawnigan Lake, BC as the government gave a permit to a company that now collects toxic waste and dumps the waste in an old mine pit above Shawnigan Lake and now the toxic sludge is going into the water already and the company has not even been dumping for a year yet, for the proactive people of my planet who act in the ways their hearts speaks to them, the caretakers of our mother Gaia and for my belief that we are all right where we are supposed to be all the time, even when the times are tough or things get rough it is important for me to view my world through the lens of love, compassion and understanding. We are the change we want to see in the world. Thank you for being peaceful today. Thank you for your commitment to being loving. I Love You.  :~)

Standing up for my beliefs increases my self worth and confidence. :~)
